I believe in a supportive relationship with my clients.  I recognize that trust and comfort is needed to discuss personal problems and to engage in the therapeutic process.  I am here to help facilitate identified goals and work as a collaborative therapist, meaning working together to accomplish what clients want to accomplish from therapy.  I encourage feedback and am always open to new approaches. I specialize in working with children and teens, while knowing (an encouraging) that in many cases, this also involves working with parents and caregivers. I tend to structure therapy in a relaxed format, and want clients to enter feeling comfortable and leave feeling empowered. It is important to me to provide an environment free from judgment where clients can feel safe to explore feelings, opinions and create positive personal growth.
